Residental Development by Croudace Homes at Sawston

Crane lifting timber frame panels inside our Cuplock Scaffolding

We were asked to supply scaffolding to a new development in Sawston for Croudace Homes. This was made up of detached, semi detached, mid-terraced and flats totalling 48 units.

After winning the project the first two plots were changed to timber frame design, and we felt that the best option to easily adapt the scaffold as required with timber frame construction was to use Cuplock scaffolding. The ability to mix the system with tube & fitting meant that we were able to adapt the scaffold and provide all the access requirements needed for the construction.

Stairtowers were also provided using the cuplock system meant that they could easily be connected to the scaffold and locked in to place.
